Patrick attended residence produced his card, identified himself with photo and met my security requirement of allowing stranger into our residence, Second expectation met and exceeded rxequirement. Patrick explained process showed pricing and started his proactive cleaning of our furnace with knowledge and professionalism. He went over the entire process of his work with future recommendations. He exceeded all our expectations in his product knowledge, efficient work and effective written examination of our furnace. He provided information on our other services which we decided to move forward because of his great sales skills and product knowledge. We have used Bryan and Ashton since 1996 and have always found their staff to be helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Patrick Dickinson has an excellent personality and is a great ambassador for Ashton. I personally felt that Patrick really enjoyed working at Ashton's and his enthusiasm about his company was extremely refreshing, it is nice to hear a person providing positive comments about his company and fellow employees.
